However, very soon you’ll be able to order the products you like on the website and collect them from a Caroll shop of your choice.

Caroll : We advise you to take your skirt to the Dry Cleaners. In fact, since wool is a delicate fabric, we advise that you don't wash it at all, either by hand or in the washing machine.

A while ago I bought a pair of wool viscose pants. After I got them back from the cleaners, I was very upset when I saw that they had shrunk. I have complete trust in the dry cleaner and I wonder if there might have been a manufacturer's defect. Why do you suppose this garment shrank?.

I am a loyal Caroll customer but Caroll is one of the few clothes stores where I shop which doesn't have a customer loyalty card. Do you have any plans to set up a customer loyalty scheme as a way of rewarding loyal customers?

To qualify for such benefits (sending of catalogue, gifts, etc.) just leave your name and address with the store.
